1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for LCON'26 (Loyola Conference of Nations 2026), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for the event. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Magic Youth, the organizing body of LCON'26.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 15 years of age at the time of the event

• Participants under 18 must have parental/guardian consent

• Participants must be currently enrolled in an educational institution or recent graduates

• All participants must provide accurate and complete registration information

3. Registration and Payment

3.1 Registration Process

Registration is completed through our online platform. All fields marked as required must be filled accurately. Incomplete registrations will not be processed.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Registration fees must be paid as per the announced fee structure

• Payment must be completed within the specified timeframe

• Payment confirmation (screenshot and transaction ID) must be uploaded

• Registration is confirmed only after payment verification

• Early bird discounts are subject to deadline compliance

3.3 Refund Policy

All registrations for LCON'26 are non-refundable. Once payment is made and registration is confirmed, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Voluntary withdrawal or cancellation by the participant

• Inability to attend due to personal reasons

• Travel issues or scheduling conflicts

• Medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

• Dissatisfaction with committee or portfolio allocation

Please ensure your availability and commitment before completing registration. In case of event cancellation by the organizers due to force majeure, alternative arrangements or credits towards future events may be offered at the discretion of Magic Youth.

4. Committee Allocation

• Committee preferences are considered but not guaranteed

• Final committee allocation is at the discretion of the organizing committee

• Portfolio allocation is based on experience, preferences, and availability

• Committee changes after allocation are not permitted except in exceptional circumstances

5. Code of Conduct

All participants must adhere to the following code of conduct:

• Treat all participants, organizers, and staff with respect and courtesy

• Maintain diplomatic decorum during all committee sessions

• Dress according to formal/western formal dress code requirements

• No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated

• Follow all rules and guidelines set by the organizing committee

• Respect venue property and facilities

• No consumption of alcohol or illegal substances during the event

• Maintain punctuality for all sessions and events

6. Disciplinary Actions

Violation of the code of conduct may result in:

• Verbal warning from the organizing committee

• Suspension from specific committee sessions

• Disqualification from awards and recognition

• Immediate expulsion from the conference without refund

• Ban from future Magic Youth events

7. Photography and Media

By participating in LCON'26, you consent to be photographed and recorded during the event. These materials may be used for promotional purposes on social media, website, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the organizing committee in writing before the event.

8. Intellectual Property

• All conference materials, including background guides and research, are for personal use only

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell conference materials without permission

• LCON'26, Magic Youth logos, and branding are protected trademarks

• Any content you create during the conference (position papers, resolutions) may be used by organizers for educational purposes

9. Liability and Insurance

9.1 Limitation of Liability

Magic Youth and LCON'26 organizers are not liable for:

• Personal injury, illness, or accidents during the event

• Loss or damage to personal belongings

• Travel delays or cancellations

• Accommodation issues (if arranged independently)

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9.2 Participant Responsibility

Participants are responsible for their own health, safety, and travel insurance. We recommend obtaining comprehensive travel and health insurance before attending.

10. Event Changes and Cancellation

Magic Youth reserves the right to:

• Modify event schedule, venue, or agenda as necessary

• Cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)

• Make changes to committee structures or topics

• Refuse registration or attendance to any individual at our discretion

In case of event cancellation by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), Magic Youth may offer alternative arrangements such as credits towards future events or postponement. However, monetary refunds are not guaranteed and will be at the sole discretion of the organizing committee. We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other indirect costs incurred by participants.

11. Health and Safety

• Participants must comply with all health and safety guidelines

• Inform organizers of any medical conditions or allergies during registration

• Carry personal medications and prescriptions

• Follow emergency procedures and evacuation protocols

• Report any safety concerns to organizers immediately

12. Data Protection

Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in LCON'26 will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, India.

14. Amendments

Magic Youth reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered participants via email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
